Our speaker this week will be Jenna Frye, HEMI Artist-in Residence. As she always says, she makes stuff, and talks about teaching and making stuff. The picture above of the elephants playing with a toy, is her work. She is Assistant Department Chair at Maryland Institute College of Art and her talk will be entitled “Control the Environment, Not the Student.”

The venue this week is G33/35 Malone Hall, and the lecture will start at 4:30. There will be Q&A after the talk, from 5:30 – 6:00.

This promises to be a really exciting and unusual talk – we hope to see you there.
