REU BEHAVE will run in person in 2024.

The REU BEHAVE is a  Research Experiences for Undergraduates site funded by the National Science Foundation. The 10-week summer program is designed to provide an intensive, mentored research experience for undergraduates, especially those attending institutions with limited research opportunities. Participants must be citizens or permanent residents of the United States or its possessions. Applicants must be enrolled as an undergraduate in a two-year or four-year university.

Program dates are May 26, 2024 – August 3, 2024 and participants must attend the entire session full time.

  • This program is for current undergraduates, thus only students who have not completed their bachelors degree are eligible.
  • Applicants must be US citizens or permanent residents.
  • Applications are now open and will close February 15, 2024.
