Co-sponsored by RIC and the SNF Agora Institute, Critical Responses to Anti-Asian Violence (CRAAV) is a new initiative that is hosting a series of talks and panels this fall. CRAAV will address gendered anti-Asian violence and will seek to create an anti-racist community at Johns Hopkins and in the surrounding community by offering public-facing programs, building anti-racist coalitions, and cultivating relationships with community partners.
Among the speakers are Kandice Chuh on October 27 and Dylan Rodriguez on December 1. All talks will take place on Wednesdays, from 4pm to 6pm.
