On December 16th at 6:30 p.m. at Union Baptist Church (1219 Druid Hill Avenue, Baltimore), Professor Vesla Weaver (Bloomberg Distinguished Associate Professor of Political Science and Sociology) will present the third mini-course of the Fall 2021 Helena Hicks Emancipation School.
