Research Interests: Inspired by the Knierim Lab's foundation work on hippocampal gain recalibration and cerebellum's role in gain recalibration of vestibular-ocular reflex and moto control, my research investigates how the cerebellum modulates hippocampal recalibration of path integration when animals navigate the environment. Combined with targeted cerebellar nuclei lesions, electrophysiology, and VR-based DOME apparatus paradigm, I aim to unravel how cerebellar-hippocampal crosstalk refines spatial computations.
