Dr. Jack Norton<\/strong>, Senior Research Associate at the Vera Institute of Justice, will visit Johns Hopkins University in March. He will give a talk titled “Why Is Mass Incarceration Booming in the Rural U.S.?<\/strong>” on Thursday, March 10, 5pm-6:30pm, in Gilman 50<\/strong>. This talk will be geared toward undergraduate and graduate students, and all are welcome. It is co-sponsored by the Department of Political Science.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
